The Radiant Cut Diamond combines the classic elegance of the traditional emerald shape with the fiery brilliance of the round brilliant cut. Until the development of the Radiant Cut in 1977 by Henry Grossbard, a Viennese born, New York based diamond cutter, all diamonds straight edges like the emerald cut were faceted with a cutting style called the "step cut". With its revolutionary cutting style, the Radiant Cut allows more light refracting surfaces, thus un-leashing the natural brilliance of a straight edged, rectangular stone.

The Radiant Cut Diamond is an excellent alternative to the Princess Cut or the Classic Emerald Cut diamond.  As with any other diamonds, various sizes and qualities are available.
